Outreach & Engagement/Emergency Shelter

Several greater New Haven organizations provide services to people experiencing homelessness. The system includes services from prevention to homeless outreach to emergency shelter. The focus of this system of care is to help people navigate services to achieve stable housing.

The Housing Authority of the City of Bristol announces the opening of the waitlist for Zbikowski Park Neighborhood, LLC 55 rehabbed RAP (Rental Assistance Program) units on:
November 21st, 2016 through December 9th, 2016

Pre-application is also available on the bristolhousing.org website.
Pre-applications available for pick-up in person at the Bristol Housing Authority

Applications will no longer be available after December 9th, 2016
