SECTION 8 PROJECT BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM
The Housing Authority of the Town of West Hartford (WHHA) will be accepting applications for the 66 Project Based (PB) units located in the A.E. Plant building at 759 Farmington Avenue, West Hartford. The PB Program is a federally-funded program which subsidizes decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low income persons in a specific housing development.
In order to apply, the head, co-head, spouse or sole member must be at least 55 years of age or older, must require either an efficiency (0BR) or one (1BR) unit and meet the income and eligibility guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Interested applicants may apply online at https://www.waitlistcheck.com/CT1974 starting November 2, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. This pre-application is accessible through any computer, tablet or smart phone and available in several languages. Families requiring a reasonable accommodation to complete the application may call (860)953-0002 extension 10 anytime commencing November 2, 2016 @ 8:30 am. Someone will return your call and input the application information for you. No mailed, faxed or emailed applications will be accepted. The waiting list will remain open until 250 applications
have been received.
Only one pre-application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
After successfully completing the pre-application, you may print the confirmation.
